About the role

As an economics teacher in Sales and Service at Astar, you will teach adult students both practically and theoretically in courses such as Administration 1–2, Business Communication 1, Business Economics 1–2, Information and Communication 1–2, Leadership and Organization 1, Accounting 1–2, and Law 1. You will plan and conduct teacher-led instruction with clear structure and high expectations, focusing on ensuring all students succeed. The role also includes actively sourcing, matching, and following up on APL placements in close collaboration with the labor market, as well as conducting visits and follow-ups with students and supervisors. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating professional pride, persistence, and joy at work among our students and within the team.

The position is full-time with the possibility of starting immediately or waiting for a notice period.

We are looking for someone with a teaching license in the subjects or substantial experience as a teacher in the field. If neither of these two criteria applies to you, we kindly ask you not to apply.
